Job summary

Hanley Energy is seeking a Service Support Engineer specializing in EPMS / Controls to join our Service and Maintenance Department. This is primarily an office-based role coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance for EPMS and related control systems across our global customer base.

You will act as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating internal engineers and regional service partners, managing escalations and ensuring maintenance activities are delivered efficiently

Qualifications

• Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or Controls engineering qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ EPMS/Controls engineering experience.
• Experience with EPMS and associated control systems.
• Knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for assigned customers and manage service inquiries.
• Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance for EPMS/Controls.
• Coordinate internal engineers and regional service partners to complete maintenance on schedule.
• Prepare RAMS, maintenance plans and technical procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer service records on Salesforce.
• Lead regular customer meetings and provide progress updates.
