Job summary

Dexcom Ireland in Athenry is seeking a logistics professional to manage the end-to-end flow of finished goods and oversee inventory within a busy site. You will analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, coordinating with external partners to ensure timely operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in logistics or inventory management, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of trade compliance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in warehouse/inventory systems and Excel for reporting.
• Understanding of trade compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end flow of finished goods from production to external partners.
• Analyze supply chain and operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reports on transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with external logistics partners to ensure timely operations.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Ensure accurate inventory control with regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movements for efficiency and compliance.
• Measure and report KPIs weekly to drive performance improvements.
