Job summary

Dexcom Corporation in Ireland is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operative to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials move safely, accurately, and on time. This role is ideal for someone with solid warehouse experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to continuous improvement.

You’ll work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) with a 4 days on / 3 days off pattern, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and starting in October 2026.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Experience using ERP or WMS systems.
• Experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out receiving, shipping, inventory control, and manufacturing support activities.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts.
• Complete ERP/WMS transactions including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve basic inventory, shipping, and receiving issues.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including international shipments.
• Use basic to intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
• Support process improvements and help lead daily team check-ins.
• Train and support new employees.
• Assist with task prioritisation and workload planning.
