Job summary

Dexcom Ireland Logistics and Warehouse Team oversees the end-to-end flow of finished goods from production to external partners. You will analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

You will develop reports on transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels, coordinating with external partners to ensure timely, compliant operations. A bachelor's degree and 2–5 years' experience are typically required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in logistics, shipping or inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in warehouse/inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of trade compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end flow of finished goods, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and control from production through to external partners.
• Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and present regular reports on transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels, providing clear insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with external logistics partners and service providers to ensure timely and compliant operations.
• Recommend and implement process improvements across logistics and warehouse operations, with a focus on reducing costs and improving service levels.
• Ensure accurate inventory control by conducting regular physical stock counts and reconciling discrepancies within the warehouse inventory system.
• Oversee and continuously improve inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movements, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Measure, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to management on a weekly basis, driving accountability and performance improvement.
