Job summary

Dexcom Corporation in Ireland is seeking a Planning Manager to lead the Planning team in Athenry, ensuring plans align with demand, capacity and inventory targets. You will drive execution of production and supply plans while representing the site in S&OP, S&OE and IBP processes.

This role requires 8–12 years of industry experience with 2–5 years in management, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and a proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Procurement,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
8–12 years of industry experience.
2–5 years of management or lead experience.
Experience managing planning functions in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of MPS, Capacity Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the Planning team.
Own and govern the site Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Align forecasted demand with supply capability and capacity.
Lead development and execution of production and supply plans.
Serve as primary planning representative for S&OP, S&OE and IBP at the site.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and Finance.
