Job summary
Dexcom Corporation in Ireland is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operative to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will handle receiving, shipping, inventory control, and manufacturing support, while working on ERP/WMS transactions and coordinating international freight.
The role requires 4–6 years in warehousing, forklift certification, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
- Experience using ERP or WMS systems.
- Experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Strong communication, maths, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Receive and ship materials; manage inventory and manufacturing support
- Operate pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts
- Complete ERP/WMS transactions (shipping, receiving, cycle counts)
- Investigate and resolve basic inventory issues
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including international shipments
- Use Excel for tracking and reporting
- Support process improvements and lead daily team check-ins
- Train and support new employees
