Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a dedicated logistics professional to operate within the control tower, coordinating with clients, customs, and agents to ensure efficient cargo movement. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, quick problem solving, and strong communication to uphold service quality.

You will work under the DUB Branch Manager, handling tracking, billing, and collaboration with global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years industry experience preferred.
Must possess a working knowledge of import/export regulations and required documentation.

Responsibilities

Work within the control tower for designated Customer and reporting to DUB Branch Manager.
Deals directly with clients, customs, and agents to insure the quickest and best movement of cargo throughout the world.
Prepares documents necessary to complete export, import and customs clearance process.
Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
Complete Operations Financial billings and costs per shipment.
Communicate with clients regarding disposition of Freight, including tracking, routing, dispatching, and rate quotations.
Communicate and correspond with other Company branches and agents for client satisfaction and ensure excellent service execution.
Seek the most profitable mode of shipment while meeting client’s requirements for the movement of freight.
Other duties as assigned.
