Job summary
Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operative to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring materials move safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll work in a 12-hour shift pattern and contribute to continuous improvement while training new staff and prioritising workloads.

Qualifications
- 4-6 years’ experience in a warehouse or material handling role
- Experience using ERP or WMS systems
- Experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Strong communication, maths, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Carry out receiving, shipping, inventory control, and manufacturing support activities
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts
- Complete ERP/WMS transactions including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve basic inventory, shipping, and receiving issues
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including international shipments
- Use basic to intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting
- Support process improvements and help lead daily team check-ins
- Train and support new employees
- Assist with task prioritisation and workload planning
