Job summary

IQVIA in Ireland seeks an experienced Lifecycle Safety program leader to manage multi-region projects and ensure delivery excellence across clinical trial and pharmacovigilance activities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and client communications, and act as the primary Safety SME for governance discussions with executives and partners. Strong collaboration and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science or related field.
• 4–6 years of clinical research experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company with 4 years in Lifecycle Safety and 2 years in project management.
• Strong knowledge of global, regional and local regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to expand knowledge across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
• Excellent leadership and conflict management skills.
• Strong project management, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to network.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Analytical, budgeting and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interface and act as primary Lifecycle Safety contact for assigned projects/programs.
• Oversee project planning, scope, quality, and budgets with financial oversight.
• Potentially manage a program or portfolio, reporting metrics at portfolio level.
• Act as Safety SME and defend proposed solutions from initiation through delivery.
• Develop customer-facing collateral and ensure global consistency of Messaging.
• Provide leadership for lifecycle safety project teams and cross-functional meetings.
• Manage start-up, bid defenses, and transition to delivery.
• Drive growth through improved customer relations and service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and proposals for rapid, tailored responses.
