Job summary

IQVIA in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Data Management (CDM) Project Lead to serve as the primary contact for data management deliverables and to guide multi-study programs across global teams.

The role requires extensive CDM lifecycle experience, strong negotiation and project-management skills, and the ability to lead DM teams, ensure timelines and quality, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive data management experience across global trials.
• Strong knowledge of data management processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables
• Manage multiple large studies or program of studies (global)
• Provide leadership and senior support to DTLs on large global programs
• Lead negotiations with customer on timelines, finances, and resources
• Ensure milestones meet timelines and quality deliverables
• Independently manage DM service delivery with technical expertise
• Create and/or review data management plans and documents
• Manage service performance and root-cause analyses
• Provide SME expertise in CDM tasks or technologies
• Independently manage SOW/budget
