Job summary

You will manage project plans, budgets, risk, and communications, collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, and act as Safety SME in a matrix environment across accounts.

This full-time role offers exposure to strategic initiatives and opportunities to drive global consistency in safety operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or related field.
• 4-6 years' clinical research experience in CRO/pharma with 4 years Lifecycle Safety and 2 years' project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of global, regional and local regulatory requirements for clinical research.
• Willingness to deepen knowledge across Lifecycle Safety service lines and develop new skills.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills, with conflict management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects; act as Safety SME for internal/external customers.
• Oversee project planning: timelines, deliverables, scope management, quality and budget.
• Report program/portfolio metrics, and oversee projects not directly led.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and provide project status updates; coordinate cross-functional teams.
