Job summary

Interactive Brokers Ireland Limited (IBIE) is seeking a talented solicitor or barrister to join our Dublin Legal team. The role provides day-to-day legal advice across financial services and supports cross‑border product initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will work with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external counsel, contributing to regulatory strategy and contract reviews. A 1–3 year PQE background in financial services regulation is preferred, with strong communication

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, financial institution, or regulatory environment.
• Strong foundation in legal analysis and regulatory matters.
• Excellent oral and written communication with ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders on financial services matters.
• Assist with design and rollout of products and cross-border activities, including passporting and conduct rules.
• Review, draft and negotiate customer-facing agreements and disclosures.
• Support regulatory inquiries from Central Bank of Ireland and other authorities, and interface with external advisers.
