Job summary

Airbnb is expanding its Hotels team to build a global enterprise accounts function. You will lead a distributed team of Enterprise Account Managers, shaping the Key Accounts playbook and owning regional growth and revenue targets.

This leadership role requires deep relationships across hotel groups, a builder mindset, and strong cross-functional influence to exceed quarterly KPIs and deliver world-class account management practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• 8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across international markets.
• Established relationships with major hotel groups globally.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching initiatives where needed.
• Proven track record of negotiating with high-value partner organisations.
• Fluency in English and strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of Enterprise Account Managers across regions.
• Own quarterly revenue, supply acquisition, and OKR targets.
• Take partners from first conversation through negotiation, deal, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute the Key Accounts playbook aligned with global strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to drive performance.
