Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Import/Export Operations Specialist, based in Leeds, United Kingdom. This role ensures compliant, timely, and cost‑effective movement of DePuy Synthes products across borders, coordinating customs, trade documentation, and regulatory requirements.

You will work in a highly regulated medical device environment, partnering with supply chain, procurement and quality teams to optimize cross-border material flows and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Typically requires 3–5 years of import/export experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with customs regulations, trade compliance and international shipping processes.
• Experience preparing and reviewing import/export documentation with high accuracy.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day import/export operations for on-time delivery and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain trade documents (invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, customs declarations).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders on shipment issues.
