Job summary

Sisk is seeking an Immigration Manager to lead international immigration for the group, ensuring compliant, timely movement of employees across jurisdictions. The role supports project delivery and global mobility, embedding immigration considerations into planning and deployment.

You will work with HR, Legal, and Finance to manage risks and deliver high-quality guidance to stakeholders. As Ireland’s largest construction company, Sisk emphasises compliance, governance and continuous improvement,

Qualifications

Proven experience in international immigration management across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong knowledge of visa, work permit, residency, sponsorship, and right‑to‑work frameworks.
Ability to interpret complex legislation and translate it into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Sisk’s global immigration strategy and align with project timelines.
Manage end‑to‑end immigration casework for international assignments and cross‑border deployment.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws across regions and manage external providers.
Engage with HR, Legal, and project teams to provide guidance on immigration risks and timelines.
Oversee vendor management and governance of immigration services.
Drive continuous improvement and analytics on immigration performance.
Support global mobility planning and costings in collaboration with Tax and Employment teams.
