Job summary

Sisk Group is recruiting an Immigration Manager to lead international immigration across multiple jurisdictions. You will shape global mobility, oversee visa and work permit processes, and collaborate with HR, Legal, and project teams to ensure compliant deployments.

The role focuses on strategic planning, risk management, and continuous process improvement to support international project delivery and talent mobility across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international immigration management across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Sisk’s global immigration strategy and forecast needs for mobilisation.
• Manage end-to-end immigration processes for international assignments and cross-border deployment.
• Ensure adherence to immigration legislation across operating regions (visa, permit, residency, sponsorship).
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Project Directors, and Legal for guidance on risks and timelines.
• Manage external immigration providers and ensure high-quality service delivery.
