Job summary

Volta seeks a VP, Global DC Delivery to own planning and execution of AI factory projects across Europe and North America. You will build and lead the delivery organisation, from preconstruction through handover to operations, across multiple countries.

You will establish a scalable delivery model, define contracting strategies, coordinate design controls, and manage partners to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Data centre experience leading large scale programmes across multiple regions.
• Experience building front end planning and preconstruction across sites.
• Proven ability to recruit and run regional leads and site directors.
• Engineering or construction background with ME/EE familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of design and construction across Volta's AI factories in Europe and North America.
• Build and lead the global organisation including preconstruction and portfolio office.
• Ensure settled design basis, budget, schedule, permitting path and contract structure for each site.
• Set capital delivery model, contracting strategy, procurement approach and modular methods.
• Be accountable for cost, schedule, safety and quality with transparent reporting.
