Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Sr. Director, EMEA Power Product Management to own the regional portfolio strategy across eight product lines, including UPS, MV/LV and energy storage.

The role oversees a $1B portfolio, partners with GBUs and R&D, and drives 30–40% growth through AI factory and hyperscale demand. You will lead Product Line Managers, define regional requirements, and shape pricing, go-to-market, and lifecycle management to ensure competitive lead times and quality across Europe, Middle East

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 12–15 years of product management or product leadership in power/critical infrastructure.
• Technical fluency across MV/LV, UPS, BESS and power software & controls.

Responsibilities

• Define EMEA Power vision and multi-year strategy; lead a team of Product Line Managers.
• Partner with global R&D and GBUs to influence platform investments and roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle and successful product introductions for eight product lines.
• Shape regional supply chain and manufacturing footprint to improve lead times and resilience.
• Drive pricing strategy, margin goals and regional revenue targets.
• Embed AI tools to speed analysis, decision making and time-to-market.
