Job summary

ML in Ireland is seeking a Business Analyst for a multi-country HR and payroll transformation programme. You will bridge business SMEs and technical teams, translating requirements into clear functional specifications and process documentation as each country goes live.

You will track risks, support cutover planning, data activities, testing, and training, and help align regional processes with global standards while coordinating across global and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst on HR/payroll or process-driven programmes.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into functional specs and process docs.
• Strong stakeholder communication across global teams.
• Ability to prioritise against fixed delivery dates.

Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into clear functional specifications and process documentation
• Identifying gaps between business needs and proposed technical solutions
• Helping local SMEs align regional processes with global standards
• Tracking and escalating risks and issues
• Supporting cutover planning, data activities, testing cycles and training preparation
• Providing input to project planning, task dependencies and progress reporting
• Supporting SMEs through country go-lives and post-go-live stabilisation
