Job summary

RECRUITERS partners with a global organisation undergoing a major HR and technology transformation programme. Location: Dublin 2, fully onsite. Contract: 10 months.

An experienced HR Business Analyst is needed to support HR and payroll system/process improvements. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, SMEs and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into specifications and drive successful implementation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on HR, technology and process transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project environment.
  • Experience with HR or payroll systems (e.g., ADP, GlobalView, Safeguard).
  • Exposure to global payroll or multi-country HR processes.
  • Experience working on global transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
  • Identify gaps between business needs and proposed technical solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support regional SMEs in aligning local processes with global standards.
  • Assist with testing cycles, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Contribute to cutover planning and support go-live activities.
  • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support training preparation and post-implementation stabilisation.
