Responsibilities

• Lead and support key HR projects across Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, including BRD reviews, UAT, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Deliver frontline HR support across Benefits, Time Off, LOA, and Compensation; serve as escalation point for LOA and Benefits.
• Act as SME on leave policies and regulations, guiding stakeholders and providing coaching.
• Develop end‑to‑end SOPs and process maps with cross-functional teams to standardize global operations.
