Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Head of HR Operations to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of HR operations, systems and services for the group across Ireland, the UK, Portugal and the USA.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape talent acquisition, reward, employee relations, learning and development, and organisational design to support rapid growth and a modern, scalable HR function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HR experience with at least 5 in a senior leadership role.
• Experience across multiple sites or jurisdictions, Ireland and UK preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and UK employment law and complex ER matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations, systems and services across Ireland, UK, Portugal and USA.
• Partner with CPO and SLT to design scalable HR function and talent strategy.
• Embed best-practice HR policies and processes across the Group.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team across multiple sites.
