Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Project Director based in Limerick to lead the Industrial UK/ROI major project portfolio. You will be responsible for the project’s financial performance, day-to-day operations, and safety leadership, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality.

You’ll work with HSQE, Sustainability, Finance, HR and Commercial teams to drive outcomes. Reporting to the Industrial Operations Director, you will manage a multi-disciplinary team, develop project plans, and monitor KPIs while

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project delivery and P&L performance
• Lead project planning, budgeting and risk management
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams including site management and design engineers
• Ensure HSQE compliance and safety standards across the project
• Coordinate with Commercial, HR, Finance, and operations to achieve objectives
• Report monthly performance and budgets to Industrial Operations Director
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-effective project execution
• Engage with Client and internal stakeholders to meet and exceed expectations
