Job summary

Glanua Group is seeking a Project Director to lead Operations on a major project based in Limerick. You will own the project P&L, oversee day-to-day delivery, safety, and client satisfaction, and report monthly on progress against budget and EBITDA targets.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with HSQE, Sustainability, Finance, HR and Commercial, and drive continuous improvement while upholding the group’s values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major projects with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational delivery of the major project.
• Manage project budget, cost controls and EBITDA targets.
• Oversee HSQE, sustainability and safety across the project.
• Report monthly performance, risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Coordinate with commercial, finance, HR and client stakeholders.
• Recruit, develop and retain project delivery staff.
