Job summary

EPRI in Ireland seeks an International HR Generalist to deliver HR services across Europe, the Gulf, Asia and Africa. Based in Ireland, with Dublin office access as needed, you will manage lifecycle administration, HR documentation, systems and benefits, plus immigration and reporting.

The role applies global standards while recognizing local legal, cultural and employment practices, supports the HR team, and coordinates international projects. Fixed-term through Jan 31, 2028.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business employment law or related field.
• CIPD or equivalent accreditation required.
• Minimum five years of international HR generalist or HR operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR services across Europe, the Gulf, Asia and Africa from Ireland.
• Own employee lifecycle administration, documentation and HR data maintenance.
• Coordinate immigration, onboarding, transfers, benefits and reporting.
• Apply global standards while respecting local legal and cultural requirements.
• Support HR processes, audits and small to medium HR projects in partnership with the team.
• Communicate clearly with employees, managers and cross-functional partners.
