Job summary

Ardmac in Ireland is seeking a Head of HR Operations & Compliance in Swords to lead a best-in-class people operations function across Ireland, the UK and Europe. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, overseeing payroll governance, immigration, work permits and right-to-work compliance, while driving HR systems and workforce analytics.

You will manage a team and partner with leadership to attract, retain and deploy talent safely, ensuring governance and regulatory

Qualifications

Degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.
10+ years in senior HR Operations or HR leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of employment law and workforce compliance.
Experience with international mobility and cross-border HR processes.
Experience implementing HR technologies and people data initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
Ensure consistent HR service delivery across all regions and business units.
Lead international mobility and employment compliance programs across countries.
Oversee payroll governance, benefits administration and salary review processes.
Provide workforce analytics and HR insights to support strategic decisions.
Lead HR systems development and data quality improvements.
