Ardmac, an award-winning international construction specialist, is seeking a Head of HR and Compliance to lead people operations across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

In this role you will develop governance frameworks, oversee payroll, benefits and compliance, and manage international mobility, immigration, and labour inspections while partnering with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives. Strong HR systems experience and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Law or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in senior HR Operations, ER or HRBP leadership.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and workforce compliance.
• Experience in international mobility and HR data initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and govern HR policies and frameworks.
• Ensure consistent HR service delivery across regions and units.
• Lead international mobility, postings, and work-authorization compliance.
• Oversee HRIS, data quality and workforce analytics.
• Support workforce budgeting, governance and cost alignment.
