Job summary

Ardmac in Dublin is seeking a HR Compliance Officer to ensure employment, social welfare and local registration compliance across Europe. The role will require travel to Ardmac projects roughly once per month and will report to the HR team.

You will coordinate visa, work permits, right-to-work checks, audits and documentation for employees and subcontractors, and drive process improvements to keep the organisation compliant across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EU Employment Law is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient compliance administration and control for all employment documents, visa requirements, and related records for Ardmac employees and subcontractors.
• Coordinate visa, work permit and immigration applications, renewals and associated compliance requirements.
• Undertake regular Ardmac site audits in advance of third-party or regulatory reviews/audits.
• First point of contact for compliance on Ardmac European projects for staff and subcontractors.
• Review subcontractor documentation including employment, social security, payroll and right-to-work records.
