JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ireland seeks a senior Business Readiness leader to own end-to-end operating models, governance, and adoption across a broad change portfolio.

You will drive accountability for readiness, define standards, and partner with Product, Technology, PMO, and Operations to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes. You bring 10–15+ years of leading complex programs, a track record of executive influence, risk and controls expertise, and a proven ability to build high-performing

Formación

• 10–15+ years leading complex change, transformation, operating model, or large-scale program delivery.
• Proven executive stakeholder influence and governance leadership; track record of improving adoption outcomes at scale.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, and business readiness disciplines; experience building/leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end accountability for business readiness performance and adoption across programs/releases.
• Define and implement Business Readiness standards, governance, and controls.
• Build and lead the Business Readiness Team (capacity planning, talent development, performance management).
• Set the Business Readiness strategy and operating model: roles/RACI, cadence, milestones, SLAs, deliverables.
• Provide executive oversight of intake and prioritization; ensure demand is triaged and high-risk changes receive readiness rigor.
• Chair cross-functional Business Readiness governance with Product, Technology, PMO, LRCC, Communications, Training, and Operations leadership.
• Establish adoption measurement frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, feedback loops) and drive interventions when adoption is off-target.
• Report health, adoption outcomes, and risks to senior leadership with clear recommendations and escalation paths.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-release reviews and updates to standards, templates, and team practices.
