Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ireland (Dublin) seeks a Technology and Cyber Risk Management Lead to develop and execute our technology compliance program and strengthen regulatory alignment across regions.

You will work with the CCOR team to advise on IT governance, resiliency, outsourcing, privacy, AI, and cloud compliance, influencing business stakeholders and key partners. A strong background in risk management and security standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in architecture, design, and operation of complex systems supporting global financial markets.
• Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset for innovative tech.
• Professional experience in risk management, compliance, or technology-related fields.
• Knowledge of tech and cyber regulatory expectations in high-risk jurisdictions.
• Strong technical experience in technology, cybersecurity, governance, operational risk or technology compliance.
• Knowledge of information security standards and risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO).
• Ability to anticipate risks and drive mitigations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using AI tools for data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Advise Technology and business stakeholders on regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, EU AI Act, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act) relating to IT governance, resiliency, outsourcing, data loss prevention, privacy, AI, and cloud technology.
• Review initiatives to translate regulatory changes into actionable policies and procedures, ensuring alignment across legal entities and regions.
• Build trusted relationships with CIB Technology, other lines of business and JPMC stakeholders and drive firmwide initiatives.
• Participate in technology change programs, new product approvals, and external risk event analysis.
• Engage with regional leads to drive regulatory alignment and effective risk oversight.
• Oversee impact and gap assessments of new regulations; conduct root-cause analysis of significant events.
• Provide guidance on adoption and integration of Cloud, AI/ML, and Quantum technologies with risk controls.
• Employ data analytics to identify risks in critical systems and support deliverables.
