Job summary

JPMorganChase in Ireland seeks a Compliance and Operations Risk Test Senior Specialist to strengthen testing in the Center of Excellence. You will execute tests, assess controls, and drive remediation to mitigate risk, translating complex objectives into actionable tasks with precision and accountability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate outcomes and contribute to the firm’s risk management framework, while supporting continuous improvement of testing methodologies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in executing and managing testing processes within a risk and control environment.
• Proven ability to assess control environments, identify gaps, and drive remediation efforts.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking with organizing and evaluating information.
• Experience proposing improvements to testing methods and risk management processes.
• Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate outcomes.
• Preferred: experience with KYC, AML, OFAC and sanctions; background in auditing and internal controls.
