Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, is seeking a TMM Freight Planner in Leixlip, Ireland. You will manage shipping through the TMM ERP system, create line orders from OEM or consolidated gas/chemical points, and coordinate deliveries with the offsite warehouse to meet service agreements.

You will work with the TMM Supply Chain Manager to flag delays, handle customs entries, and ensure invoices are resolved. Flexibility for extended hours is required to support continuous freight operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in freight forwarding, transport planning or logistics operations.
• Experience in Deep Sea Freight operations and import/export processes.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage tracking and completion of shipments through the TMM ERP system.
• Create and manage shipping line orders from OEM or Consolidated Gas/Chemical points in TMM ERP.
• Schedule incoming deliveries and outgoing returns with the offsite warehouse.
• Highlight delays to the TMM Supply Chain Manager and coordinate with Freight Clearance provider.
• Ensure accurate supplier invoicing and maintain compliance with Quality and Safety standards.
