Job summary

Red Chair Recruitment is recruiting for a Global Freight Administrator based at Dublin Airport. You will arrange and support international logistics across air, sea and road transport, coordinate global shipments, and manage shipping documentation to ensure smooth customs compliance.

You will liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and internal stakeholders to deliver cost-effective logistics solutions for live events, conferences, and large-scale exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is essential.
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of international shipping methods and logistics processes.
• Experience using ERP or transport management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international freight shipments across air, sea and road for global events.
• Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and warehouses.
• Track shipments and provide operational updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain logistics systems, reports and freight records.
• Support freight invoice reconciliation and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with international trade and import/export regulations.
