Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Freight Forwarding (Road, Ocean or Air)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Able to work independently in a busy forwarding environment

Responsibilities

• Manage freight movements from booking through to final delivery
• Coordinate Road, Ocean and Air Freight shipments
• Handle both import and export movements
• Liaise with customers, carriers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas partners
• Prepare and manage relevant shipping documentation
• Track shipments and provide customers with proactive updates
• Resolve delays and operational issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate shipment information within the freight management system
• Work closely with the wider forwarding and logistics team
• Deliver a responsive, reliable and customer-focused service
