Job summary

MongoDB in Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead the global Corporate FP&A team, shaping forecasting and planning processes across functions. You will partner with senior finance leadership to drive standardization and automation of forecasting tools.

You will champion AI-enabled insights, define system requirements, and oversee consolidation and reporting to the CEO, CFO and Board while mentoring a high-impact finance team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience building forecasting models and planning tools.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and board.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing a small high-impact team.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Corporate FP&A team and oversee forecasting and planning processes.
• Own the planning calendar and corporate-level forecast consolidation.
• Develop reporting for CEO, CFO, SVP Finance, and Board.
• Define requirements for FP&A systems and migrate to Pigment.
• Partner with IT, People, and Finance to modernize forecasting tools.
• Drive AI-enabled insights and cross-functional process improvements.
• Forecast payroll taxes, benefits, and allocations.
