Job summary

MongoDB in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Senior Analyst on the Applied Science team to own end-to-end analytical workstreams, from framing problems with senior GTM stakeholders to building production data pipelines and dashboards that drive field decisions.

You will design models, work with Salesforce, product usage data, and marketing signals, and deliver executive-ready narratives and self-serve analytics assets that empower GTM leaders across regions.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in analytics, sales ops, data science, or strategy/consulting for B2B or SaaS go-to-market teams.
• Experience owning analytics projects end-to-end, from scoping to production deployment and adoption.
• Experience presenting to senior commercial stakeholders and turning analysis into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Translate GTM questions into analytical projects and hypotheses.
• Design and build scalable analytics and ML models.
• Develop data pipelines on the GTM data stack (CRM, product usage, marketing signals).
• Create executive-ready narratives, memos, scorecards, and QBR/MBR content.
• Build self-serve, governed analytics assets for business users.
