Job summary

MongoDB's Finance PMO & Enablement team drives end-to-end delivery of Finance transformation programs, partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors to land initiatives on time and in scope. The role demands hands-on ownership, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Based in Dublin with hybrid work, you will manage chartering, planning, testing, go-live, and post-implementation reviews across small-to-medium programs, building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent a plus.
• 4–6 years of program or project management experience in Finance/Operations/Tech.
• Experience with Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) or Finance system implementations suggested.
• Experience in a high-growth global technology company is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Finance programs—from charter to post-implementation review.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans with milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and escalate as needed to keep on track.
• Maintain governance cadences and clear stakeholder updates across business leaders.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful program outcomes.
