Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Consulting, Analytics, Finance, or a similar strategic business role.
• Senior Manager level requires 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Consulting, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Strategy & Planning business partner to the SVP of EMEA, shaping priorities, driving decisions, and ensuring execution against the region’s goals.
• Lead and develop the EMEA Strategy & Planning team, setting priorities, coaching talent, and cultivating a high‑accountability culture.
• Own the analytical rhythm of the EMEA business, including QBRs, MBRs, org deep dives, leadership reviews, and performance readouts.
• Drive annual and quarterly planning for EMEA, including headcount planning, productivity analysis, budget partnership, and milestone execution.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, Analytics, Compensation, and other GTM stakeholders to align assumptions and timelines.
• Turn complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Identify process gaps and scaling opportunities, then design pragmatic solutions for the EMEA organization.
• Define success metrics, operating cadences, and management mechanisms to keep leadership close to performance.
