Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking a Global Forecasting & Analytics Lead for Workforce Management in a hybrid analytics role. You will develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support capacity planning across multiple sites, languages and work types, with responsibility for data integrity and forecasting model quality.

You will lead the development of short- and long-term forecasts using time-series methods, collaborate with BI and operations, and mentor junior forecasters while shaping

Responsibilities

• Collect data for forecasting from BI and operations to inform capacity plans
• Own data quality and integrity checks for WFM models
• Build and maintain forecasting models (ARIMA, SARIMA, TBATS) across sites and languages
• Present forecasts and recommendations to WFM, Operations and stakeholders using Excel/Power BI
• Translate model outputs into insights for capacity planning and budgeted FTE needs
• Monitor forecast accuracy and trigger reforecasts as business changes occur
• Design AI-assisted forecasting agents to speed up recurring analysis
• Document methodologies, model specs and results
• Coach junior forecasters supporting the function
