Job summary

Susquehanna International Group in Dublin seeks an experienced Food Service Manager to lead our Employee Experience food program. You will shape kitchen strategy, oversee vendor relationships, and manage build-outs across EMEA and APAC, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional employee dining experiences.

The role covers kitchen planning, cost management, and cross-functional collaboration with facilities, architects, and regional teams. Travel to London and APAC will be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in food service management, hospitality operations, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience overseeing commercial kitchen builds or refurbishments, including knowledge of design requirements and equipment specifications.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, health codes, and building compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management and contract negotiation within a food service or facilities context.
• Track record of managing multi-site or multi-regional food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and define the food service needs for each regional office, considering workforce size, cultural preferences, dietary requirements, and operational hours.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on food service trends, best practices, and innovations.
• Partner with US Food Service Manager to develop service standards and operational procedures for use across all locations.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard food service vendors, caterers, and suppliers across Dublin, London, and APAC; lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance and cost benchmarks.
• Manage the food service budget across all regions and produce monthly reports on food cost, utilization, waste data, employee satisfaction, and vendor performance.
