Job summary

Sodexo in Dublin (Ireland) seeks an Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary vision across the Microsoft Ireland estate. The role demands senior leadership, developing a premium food offer and driving standards in quality, innovation, presentation and service.

You will oversee multiple kitchens, lead development of menus and concepts, and mentor Head Chefs while ensuring health, sustainability and commercial performance across the operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive culinary experience with leadership roles.
• Experience in premium contract catering or multi-outlet environments.
• Strong food safety, HACCP and audit experience.
• Commercial understanding of food cost, labour, stock and waste.
• Experience leading and developing large chef teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Ireland culinary strategy aligned with client priorities.
• Set high standards for food quality, presentation and service.
• Lead menu development, concepts, promotions and events.
• Provide visible leadership across multiple kitchens and service areas.
• Coach and develop Head Chefs and culinary teams.
• Support recruitment, retention and talent development.
• Champion food safety, allergen management and hygiene standards.
• Manage costs, labour productivity, stock and waste.
• Use data to drive operational improvements.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
