Anthropic Limited in Dublin is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to guide international finance systems, collaborating with US product owners and local teams to shape the global platform and ensure scalable, compliant processes across multiple entities.

You will lead a team of analysts and partners across time zones, deliver multi‑book ledgers, VAT and e‑invoicing compliance, and drive automation with AI tools while maintaining close alignment with US GAAP and IFRS requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or finance transformation.
• Led a multi-country ERP or finance systems program from requirements through go-live and operation.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-GAAP environments, including statutory reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting under US GAAP and IFRS, including GL, consolidation, intercompany, and local statutory reporting.
• Ability to design systems with pattern-based architectures and challenge configurations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the international finance systems agenda for the Dublin hub and other international teams (EMEA and APAC).
• Shape the international vision and strategy with business owners and US product owners; map process maturity to a rank-ordered roadmap.
• Build trusted relationships with finance, accounting, tax, and treasury leaders; align with US leads and product owners.
• Shape international design decisions; ensure patterns-based architecture and alignment with the global platform.
• Drive delivery of international priorities, including multi-book ledgers, statutory reporting, intercompany, assets and leases, VAT and e-invoicing, and international payment formats.
• Lead business systems analysts, contractors, and implementation partners across time zones; mentor and review designs.
• Ensure operational health during month/quarter close with clear ownership and handover from US time zones.
• Plan for scaling and automation, including AI tooling, as we enter new countries.
