Amazon Ireland Support Services Limited is seeking a Finance Manager (Accounting) to lead core accounting operations, drive close processes, and deliver accurate financial reporting in a fast-growing, international setting. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders and leverage automation to improve efficiency across the business.

You will apply US GAAP/IFRS, mentor teams, and help shape the future of our accounting organization in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP and applying them daily.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Experience implementing controls or contributing to audits.
• Experience using financial models, KPIs and data to support decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive core accounting operations including month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Coordinate external audits across multiple frameworks.
• Transform data into actionable insights and drive process improvements with automation.
• Collaborate with global Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams and external partners.
• Lead large-scale projects in a fast-moving, international environment.
• Continuously enhance skills with advanced finance technologies and best practices.
