Job summary

Anthropic Limited in Dublin seeks an International Finance Program Manager to drive execution across a diverse portfolio of international expansion initiatives. You will partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll and Finance Systems leads to ensure initiatives are governed, on track, and delivering value.

Qualifications

• Have 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles, with at least 3 years in finance or accounting.
• Experience managing complex entity set-ups and international expansion programs.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different finance domains.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal and People Operations.
• Experience designing governance frameworks in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira) and entity management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international entity set-ups with prioritization and delivery accountability.
• Establish lightweight governance and reporting frameworks for rapid expansion projects.
• Provide clear visibility into milestones, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and Legal.
• Track go-live readiness for new entities and ensure regulatory and payroll readiness.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage SOW commitments across providers.
