Job summary

ACETECH is seeking an experienced Field Applications Engineering Manager to lead our global Field Applications function from our headquarters in Ireland. This senior role carries full global accountability across the Middle East, Europe, UK, and North America, building a high-performing team that positions ACETECH as a trusted technical partner to builders, OEMs, and strategic customers.

You will lead a distributed team, drive customer engagement strategies, manage budgets, and ensure quality

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in technical consulting, applications engineering, systems integration, or related disciplines.
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams across regions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets while coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Field Applications Engineering team from Ireland.
• Own budget and resources for Field Applications globally across regions.
• Develop and implement global engagement strategies with builders, OEMs, and strategic customers.
• Establish standards, processes, and metrics for quality governance and delivery.
