Job summary

ASML in Leixlip, Ireland, seeks an International Upgrade, Install and Relocation Engineer to install and relocate EUV lithography machines worldwide. You will travel 70-80% for 4–6 weeks at a time, adapt to diverse cultures, and join a fast-moving team.

The role requires a technical Bachelor or Master, hands-on experience, a valid driving license, and compliance with export regulations. Based in Ireland, you will support installations across the EUV network with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (mechanical, aerospace, electronic, mechatronics).
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, vacuum systems.
• Hands-on experience from work, projects, labs, internships or student teams (assembly, prototyping, troubleshooting).
• Valid driver's license.
• Export controls eligibility under applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow installation sequences and installation procedures.
• Work in 12-hour day-night shifts at customer sites worldwide.
• Perform tests (calibration and system qualification) to verify equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures; demonstrate self-reliance.
• Take ownership and lead a shift to deliver quality.
• Manage technical escalations.
• Represent ASML professionally at customer sites.
• Assist local customers when not traveling.
