Qualifications

  • Associate degree (or higher) in a relevant technical field.
  • 2+ years of field service, customer support, or similar technical role.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, vacuum, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
  • Comfort using hand tools and diagnostic equipment (e.g. multimeters).
  • Strong customer-focused communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Follow site safety and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and upgrade advanced semiconductor equipment on customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using digital tools and analytic techniques.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure equipment performance and uptime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and processes.
  • Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
