Job summary

ASML Holding, a world leader in lithography systems, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site service, installations, upgrades, and repairs for Cymer light source equipment. You will troubleshoot complex capital equipment and interact with customers to ensure optimal operation.

The role requires flexible shifts, travel to customer sites, and the ability to work in cleanroom environments, with training provided to start. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of complex capital equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret opto-mechanical/electronic schematics and diagrams.
• Strong customer-facing communication and support skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with technical resources as needed.
• Travel to customer sites for service activities and complete administrative reports.
