Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree with technical background (mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics).
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during system installation.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Perform independently installation tasks (mechanical assembly, electrical connections, robot calibrations) from integration to inspection and troubleshooting.
Follow checklists and procedures and ensure schematics are available before work.
Test equipment with senior engineers and document issues/non-conformances.
Respond to factory issues by communicating with other engineers and participating in escalation calls.
Provide accurate reporting of status, hours worked and non-conformances.
Adhere to security policy and quality standards of Applied Materials and its customers.
