Johnson & Johnson, via DePuy Synthes, seeks a process excellence professional to lead cross-functional transformation and continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing setting. You will analyse and redesign processes to improve capacity, flow, and productivity while reducing lead times, inventory and cost.

You will embed the Johnson & Johnson Production System and coach teams in Lean thinking. Essential: Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt and 3–5 years in manufacturing; desirable: Black

Formación

• Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally medical device.
• Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing & Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Certified to Root Cause Problem Solving methodology.
• Desirable: Black Belt certification and/or degree in Process Excellence, Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Knowledge and application of Lean principles, tools and methodologies.
• Self-motivated with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Change management advocate.
• Innovative and systems thinker.
• Experience in Root Cause analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong collaboration and influence skills.
• Process-focused and results driven.
• Proven project management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional transformation projects delivering measurable results.
• Analyse and redesign processes to improve capacity, flow, productivity and lead times.
• Embed and sustain the Johnson & Johnson Production System including Managing Site Performance, value stream mapping and 6S.
• Coach and mentor employees in Lean thinking and structured problem solving.
• Partner with Manufacturing, NPI and other functions to optimise operations safely and effectively.
• Measure and implement sustainable manufacturing improvements to optimise capacity and reduce inventories and lead times.
• Encourage innovative solutions to improve quality while reducing costs and lead times.
• Deliver and own projects aligned with business needs.
• Lead embedding of Managing Site Performance on site.
• Facilitate value stream mapping activities.
• Conduct capacity analysis for each value stream.
• Sustain 6S standards across the site.
